Our product offering is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you. An offer is made when you place the order for the item(s) required. We will not have made a contract with you unless and until we have accept your offer as to the terms listed below.

1. To order products from this website, you must be aged 18 years or above.
2. Please check your order details before submitting.
3. Once you have placed an order, if you enter a correct email address we will send you an order acknowledgement email and order update to confirm all relevant details.
4. Payment will be taken and your card details checked and verified using Stripe payment.
5. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil an order, a refund will be issued and the buyer notified.
6. Any error or omission in terms of typographical on any form of literature issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.
7. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on this website. This may be due to the product you ordered being unavailable from stock, the inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or the identification of a pricing or product description error.
8. We may offer you alternative options for payment if a payment problem arises.
9. The price displayed is correct at the time and no alternatives will be made.
10. All orders will be distributed by the class/ school office.
11. There is no delivery options.
12. There is no charge for delivery unless stated on the product information.
13. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
14. Payment is accepted via Stripe.
15. We may accept cash at times but you will need to contact the PTA.
16. Unfortunately we do not offer exchange or refund on orders. Please contact the Courthill Infants PTA.
17. To cancel your order please contact our PTA Team. Unless cancellation takes place within 1 hour of your order, your order cannot be stopped.
18. For orders relating to Preloved School Uniform and CakeFriday, there any no refunds. Please ensure you have your orders before submitting payments.
